East Hill Benefits was built by small business owners. We understand the complex issues facing business owners today, we know how hard it can be to get answers to important questions. We understand the difficulty in recruiting top talent, and retaining current employees. Most of all, we understand that having a partner you can depend on can sometimes be the difference between simplicity and frustration. When our agency was founded, it was with one goal in mind, to provide our partners with the service they deserve, to do what's right for their people and to act with integrity and accountability in all things. It's with these guiding principles in mind that we serve our community.

Our Process

Consultation
You’ll meet with us for an initial consultation, during which we’ll learn about your business and the needs of your employees.

We’ll share the solutions we think best suit your business. Then we’ll work with you to build your benefits package.

Enrollment
Presentation
We’ll present the benefits package to your employees, then our expert benefit counselors will meet each person 1-on-1 to discuss their options.

Debrief
Our team will meet with you to talk about how the enrollment went, answer any questions you have and let you know your employee’s elections

Service
The debrief won’t be the last you hear from us. We’ll check in with you throughout the year to make sure issues are handled quickly. Our promise is to stop in and see you at least four times a year. We’re here to help you and your employees, and we’re not going anywhere.
